Competitive Advantage:
1. Traditionally, display is driven by Bismaleimide and Triazine(BT) board and Cu line space is hardly reduced below 50 micro meter, however, if glass is used and Cu line space can be easily reduced below 10 micro meter. Therefore, the density of TGV can be increased simultaneously and display quality can be improved greatly.
2. Using glass to replace BT board not only improve quality of display, but also reduce cost of manufacturing of display, it is a revolution in display manufacturing process if the volume of glass is tremendously increased.
